Promoters
me. was co-founded by two visionary entrepreneurs — Mr. Praveen Adhikam, a seasoned real estate developer, and Mr. Rohit Kumar Chourasia, a former banker and investment strategist — each bringing complementary expertise to shape a new era in real estate.
A Civil Engineer by training, Praveen has successfully delivered over 10 million sq. ft. of real estate projects across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. He previously held leadership roles at Larsen & Toubro, one of India’s most respected construction giants.
Rohit, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, has raised over INR 1.5 billion for diverse ventures through private equity and institutional channels. His professional journey spans top-tier institutions such as ICICI Bank, GE Capital, and CRISIL, where he honed his expertise in financial structuring and strategic investments. Together, they bring a powerful blend of development excellence and financial acumen — the foundation on which me. is built.
